The Sakaleona is a river on the eastern slope of Madagascar. It flows through the Amoron'i Mania and Vatovavy-Fitovinany regions and empties into the Indian Ocean.
The Sakaleona waterfall is Madagascar's highest waterfall at 200 m.
It is located on the Sakaleona River in the Vatovavy-Fitovinany region, 18 km from the village of Ampasinambo.
