As the data controllers of your personal information, we aim to address your concerns regarding the confidentiality of the information you transmit to us through any means of communication, including: websites we publish and operate, chat, phone communications, and in-person meetings with our advisors (hereinafter "Communication Channels") to offer you our products and services.  

We may obtain information about you from other sources. For example, we may request a third-party provider or collector to provide us with additional information about our existing clients (data appending), including details from your profile or posts on a third-party social network.  

We may also collect information from your profile on a third-party social network (such as Facebook) if you allow the third-party social network to share it with us or if you make it publicly available. This information may include general details about your account (such as name, email address, profile picture, gender, date of birth, current city, username, friend list, etc.), as well as any other information or activity you allow the third-party social network to share with us or that you make publicly available on your profile. For example, we may receive your social media information (or part of it) when you download or interact with one of our applications on a social network site (such as Facebook). When you provide us with your personal data, you authorize us to use, analyze, store, and, if necessary, share it with our partners when processing your requests requires it. By providing personal data through the Communication Channels, you agree to this policy. Our policy may be modified to reflect changes in the Applicable Legislation regarding personal data. We will keep you informed of any changes made.

I. Personal data transmitted to us  

a) Data related to your personal information

This refers to information about you as an individual or legal entity that you have voluntarily provided to us through the various Communication Channels, which are necessary for the design and execution of your trip (such as, for example, your name, surname, email address, phone number, postal address, date of birth, etc.).  

We inform you that the information that must be provided to us is marked with an asterisk on our Site. Information not marked with an asterisk is optional. For any contact made by phone or in person at our agency, your advisor will inform you of the essential information they require.  

This information is crucial for processing your travel service requests, and unfortunately, they cannot be processed without this information.

b) Data related to third-party personal information

As part of your request for a quote and later your registration, you may provide the contact details of one or more other people (other participants in the trip, people included in a gift list, or for other events such as weddings, birthdays, etc., or emergency contacts).  

In this case, we will only use the data of the other individuals provided to process the quote request and subsequent registration. If we wish to use their data for any other purpose, we will first request their consent.  

Therefore, you guarantee that the other individuals whose data you provide are informed of this transmission of their data and accept it.  

We will inform the individuals whose personal data we have collected indirectly of their rights under this policy during our first communication with them by email, including all relevant information about the organization of their trip.

c) Minors

The various Communication Channels are generally not intended for use by minors without the authorization of their parent or legal guardian. A minor aged at least 16 years can request a quote for a trip and provide the personal data necessary for this purpose. We will make reasonable efforts to verify the minor's age based on the provided information and available technological means. Under no circumstances can the minor finalize, confirm, or pay for the trip without the consent of the holder of parental authority.

d) Sensitive data

We may collect special categories of data, such as health data (disability, allergies, or special conditions), and indirectly come to know a person's religion, beliefs, or personal convictions, although this collection is never direct and only occurs by deduction (e.g., dietary preferences). These data are collected solely for the purpose of organizing the transportation and/or trip of the concerned individual and will not be used for any other purpose.

II. Data related to your browsing on the Site (cookies)

When browsing our website, temporary cookies may be stored on your computer.

a) What is a cookie?

A "cookie" or tracker is a text file that allows us to identify the device in which it is stored during the validity period or recording duration of the cookie.

IV. How and for how long?

a) Securing your data

b) Data retention period

Newsletter: your data will be kept as long as your subscription is active. You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the link provided.

Request for travel service quotes, registration, and delivery of travel services: the data necessary for processing your request will be kept for the duration necessary to issue a quote or contract and then for the duration of your trip, in accordance with applicable legislation, and in any case, for the time required to fulfill any legal or regulatory obligation.

Commercial offers: your data will be kept as long as you agree to receive our commercial offers. You may refuse them at any time and unsubscribe by clicking the link provided.

Statistics and surveys: your data will be kept for the duration necessary to generate reliable statistics and to process any surveys conducted with your consent.

In any case, if no contact is made by you for a period of five years, your personal data will be archived for an additional five years before being permanently deleted or anonymized.

V. Who are the recipients ?

a) Us and our partners

We would like to inform you that, to enable the execution of the purposes mentioned in section III above, your data may be stored, processed, and transferred to our subsidiaries and/or partners, including suppliers of the reserved services (hoteliers, transport providers, etc.) or technical service providers (IT, hosting, email distribution, online payment providers, etc.), some of which may be located outside the European Union.  

Our subsidiaries and/or partners are committed to using your personal data only to perform specific tasks essential to achieving the purposes outlined in section III above, in strict compliance with your rights regarding data protection and in accordance with the applicable legislation.

b) Non-partner third parties

We are committed to not transferring or selling your personal data to non-partner third parties. We do not share any personal data with agencies or companies for marketing or commercial purposes.  

If the law, an authority (such as the tax administration or the CNIL), or a judge requires us to disclose your personal data, we will notify you, unless we are prohibited from doing so due to legal or judicial obligations that may apply to us.  

Finally, if we acquire or merge with another company, or if we are acquired by another company or sell all or part of our assets, your personal data may be disclosed to another company, but this disclosure will be subject to the privacy and cookie policy in effect at that time.
